Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Bestbuyback. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging, accessories, and tags. You will also need the order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at boonetimothy04@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please do not return items to the address on the shipping label unless we instruct you to. Many of our products ship directly from partner warehouses and the return destination may be different.

Return shipping

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we cover return shipping (or, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund without requiring a return). For all other returns (changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or option), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos or a short video of the problem help us resolve claims quickly.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective: opened cosmetics and personal care items (including eyeliner and shavers that have been used), intimate apparel and shapewear, items marked as final sale, gift cards, and custom or personalized products. Car audio equipment (subwoofers, speakers, amplifiers) that has been installed, wired, or shows signs of use cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the correct item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund is issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at boonetimothy04@gmail.com.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if you contact us before the order has been processed for shipment, typically within 12 hours of purchase. After that point the order is on its way and falls under the return policy above.
